Our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class is a 30 minute workout that is a mix of strength and cardio conditioning. This full body metabolic training includes exercises with sandbags, ketllebells and your own body weight. HIIT ignites your metabolism, makes you burn calories at an increased rate during and after the workout and builds a lean and sculpted body.
All HIIT classes are one level. Beginners are welcome! Everyone works out at his/her own pace and as you get stronger you can gradually increase your training intensity (perform exercises faster, use heavier weights). The trainer is there to help you every step of the way and modify exercises if needed. And if you are an athlete we will make sure to challenge you from the first class!

Gym offrant une formule rapide et efficace. Les entraînements sont de 30 minutes top chrono, toujours variés et le niveau est assez relevé pour vous amener à vous dépasser. Je recommande! :)

Friendly and very motivating staff! Workouts are intense but very adaptable to people of all ages and condition. The challenging workout combinations are so varied and complete that it definitely helps to improve overall fitness and athletic conditioning. These 30 minute long sessions are as intense as your body can take it, but at the same time coaches are competent to help you scale down or modify as needed the exercises in order to prevent injury. If you live or work in the vicinity it is definitely worth the try!

I love report fitness!! I get more in this 30 minute work out then I ever did working out in a gym for an hour and a half. It's a full body work out which helped me lose weight and tone. The bast part is ALL the Instructors are AMAZING! They watch and help you with your form I feel like I have a personal trainer. I recommend this gym for anyone who wants a fast in and out work out that will get results!!

Super efficient wods, awesome passionate and competent coaches (which we unfortunately don't see a lot on the market anymore!!), love the crowd, best way to effective training, shred fat, build muscle, and improve your body and self esteem without getting injured and in just 30 minutes!

I was scared when I tried the two weeks for the first time... Specially since I haven't trained for so long. But these past 5 months have been life changing. Is not only exercices, it's an experience. One that will hurt, but in a good way! The trainers and the others members have such a good energie. You will be motivated. I think it's a great place if you are looking to train and learn about yourself more.

Wonderful place! Great trainers, great motivation. Everyone is nice and not snobby like some gyms. You feel welcome. Trainers make sure you are doing the moves correctly and its such a great effective and efficient workout!

Came to town for a weekend and took two classes with Jen, including an outdoor one with Jen and Alessia. The classes were great, very efficient and tough, and Jen and Alessia are so friendly and encouraging. Had a blast and will definitely try to come back.
