Alessia
B. Kofftun

Alessia studied  in finance and worked as a stock trader before turning her passion for fitness into a career. Learning about fitness after university and changing career paths was a life changing decision. As a HIIT coach and a former crossfitter, her training philosophy comes down to efficiency and maximizing the training effort which allows for fast progress and defeating any athletic challenges. She hopes her journey can inspire people to achieve any goals they have and realize their fitness potential at any stage in life!

Her new passion is Calisthenics training and she is excited to see Report Calisthenics division grow.

ROSE

Sheila Rose specializes in athletic performance, high intensity interval training, and body transformations. Having played basketball on the provincial Quebec team and completing her education in Global Management in Toronto, she turned her passion for sports into a passion for running, training, and coaching. She’s ran over 20 half marathons, 2 full marathons, and trained people to achieve goals they’ve only ever imagined. Sheila will help you transform your body, clean your eating habits, and help you move like a true athlete, making every move look easy.

POWERS

Max “Powers” loves to empower people through health and movement. He has been involved in sports his whole life but eventually chose to focus on football where he played 3 years for the Carabins of University of Montreal. Later on, during a trip to Brazil he discovered Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which redefined his definition of fitness. As a result, mobility and functional movement are pillars in his fitness philosophy.

Daniel
Jebing

Daniel's specialty lies in rapid body transformation through Functional Training, Corrective Conditioning, Olympic Lifting and Sport Specific Training. As a former high Level Soccer Player in Germany with over 30 years of experience he knows what it takes to reach goals and he will ensure you will reach yours. After finishing his sports career, Daniel found his new challenges in competing in Triathlons and Dragon Boat racing where he is currently racing at National Level.

Jason specializes in explosive, HIIT and core training. He loves to motivate people, trains clientele of all ages and had the opportunity to mentor at-risk youth to help guide them to the right direction through fitness.. With more than 20 years of athletics training including basketball, soccer, volleyball, calisthenics and running track, he believes everything starts with a strong mindset. His creative approach makes fitness fun and exciting.

Applying commitment and discipline, Mateo has developed a very unique and diverse approach for conditioning the body to reach the highest skills of Calisthenics. With over 30 years of experience, Susan has recently recertified to help others achieve their goals. Her journey started with coaching in Toronto, then she worked both in fitness and in finance while in Quebec. Every day she aims to get you better by helping you create a healthy lifestyle. She is the most caring and attentive coach who will teach you how to perform the exercises correctly to optimize your training and will support and encourage you every step of the way. Her energy is contagious and you will be sure to have a great workout.

Deborah is fun, energetic and loves to travel and be active. She truly believes every body is an athlete, and she is committed to make you move and feel better, every day! She reminds that “functional strength is the strength that gets us through life and daily survival”.

A born gymnast, Karine is a passionate athlete. Her love for sports and defining movements started when she was 4 years old. She has mastered many sports, such as snowboarding, wakeboarding, taekwondo, boxing, parkour. Now a Brasilian Jiu Jitsu athlete, she competes internationally.

As a world traveler, she studied different training styles and you might see her doing a gorilla walk as well as a one hand handstand. Her mission is to share her passion, teach and train, helping someone to feel better and healthier while learning new movements. She will show you that you can train everywhere at anytime.

Danny
Tam

Danny's focus and passion are movement, coaching, sports and recovery. Growing up in a competitive multi-sport environment, his love for athletic performance and play have always been at the core of his interests. After a serious knee injury while playing university football in 2015, his focus shifted to rehab, injury prevention and the importance of the mind-body connection for optimal health & longevity. The Ninja Master loves adrenaline, food, scuba diving and hot weather. His training style is inspired by football, animal movement, track & field, ninja warrior and swimming.

He believes that challenging the mind & body in functional ways and viewing movement as play are key elements to happiness and performance.

Vicky is a bodybuilder with years of experience in the gym as well as a sports coaching background with over 5 years in recreational gymnastics. Upon completion of her undergrad studies, she decided to combine her business degree with her passion for fitness and pursue a coaching career as a personal trainer, online coach and group class instructor. If ever you hit a plateau with your training and are looking for new ways to challenge yourself and reach your goals or are simply interested in fat loss and lean muscle gain, she is your go-to.

CATHERINE
MEDEIROS

Catherine has always been an elite athlete. Former alpine ski racer she is now a professional strongwoman and member of the National Canadian Bobsleigh Team. Her passion for health and nature led her to study naturopathic medicine.

Catherine’s biggest desire is to educate people on how to preserve their health and make them discover a new vision of a human body. As a personal trainer and Naturopath, she inspires people to live a healthy lifestyle and guides them through appropriate movement for their specific needs.

Catherine is our seasonal coach and teaches at Report when she is not away for professional bobsleigh training.
