Alessia studied  in finance and worked as a stock trader before turning her passion for fitness into a career. Learning about fitness after university and changing career paths was not an obvious choice and a life changing decision. As a former crossfitter and a HIIT coach, her training philosophy comes down to efficientcy and maximizing the training effort which allows for fast progress and defeating any athletic challenges. She hopes her journey can inspire people to be anything they want to be and realize their fitness potential at any age!

Max “Powers” loves to empower people through health and movement. He has been involved in sports his whole life but eventually chose to focus on football where he played 3 years for the Carabins of University of Montreal. Later on, during a trip to Brazil he discovered Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which redefined his definition of fitness. As a result, mobility and functional movement are pillars in his fitness philosophy.

Daniels specialty lies in rapid body transformation through Functional Training, Corrective Conditioning, Olympic lifting and Sport Specific Training. As a former high Level Soccer Player in Germany with over 30 years of experience he knows what it takes to reach goals and he will ensure you will reach yours. After finishing his career Daniel found his new challenges in competing in Triathlons and Dragon Boat racing where he is currently racing at National Level.

Jason specializes in explosive, HIIT and core training. He loves to motivate people, trains clientele of all ages and had the opportunity to mentor at-risk youth to help guide them to the right direction through fitness.. With more than 20 years of athletics training including basketball, soccer, volleyball, calisthenics and running track, he believes everything starts with a strong mindset. His creative approach makes fitness fun and exciting.

Sheila Rose specializes in athletic performance, high intensity interval training, and body transformations. Having played basketball on the provincial Quebec team and completing her education in Global Management in Toronto, she turned her passion for sports into a passion for running, training, and coaching. She’s ran over 20 half marathons, 2 full marathons, and trained people to achieve goals they’ve only ever imagined. Sheila will help you transform your body, clean your eating habits, and help you move like a true athlete, making every move look easy.

In 2012, he was introduced to Calisthenics which soon was to become his passion. Ever since he has been dedicated to unlocking, in the most various ways, the many benefits of bodyweight training such as Mobility, Flexibility and Strength. By dedicating commitment and discipline to his path, Mathieu has developed a very unique and diverse approach for conditioning the body to reach the highest skills of Calisthenics.  His goal is to help people discover their own physical potential and share his passionwith others.

Joe Raad is an MBA graduate with a major in Marketing. His passion for sports started with martial arts as he started learning karate when he was 11 years old and began to give classes for both kids and adults when he turned 19. After competing both locally and internationally, and while mastering other sports such as becoming a professional marathon runner, he was able to build a comprehensive healthy, athletic and disciplined lifestyle. He loves fitness challenges such as races like “dead end race” and “the speed project” among many more.

Catherine has always been an elite athlete. Former alpine ski racer she is now a professional strongwoman and member of the National Canadian Bobsleigh Team. Her passion for health and nature led her to study naturopathic medicine.

Catherine’s biggest desire is to educate people on how to preserve their health and make them discover a new vision of the human body. As a personal trainer and Naturopath, she inspires people to live a healthy lifestyle and guides them through appropriate movement for their specific needs.
