Videos On Demand workout library is a part of your membership portal !
Now any unlimited membership with Report will not only allow access to the Virtual Classes on schedule but will give you access to our Videos On Demand library at all times.
The workout programs available:
- CORE (5 workouts, bodyweight)
- GLUTES & LEGS (5 workouts, mix of bodyweight and with weights)
- MOBILITY (5 workouts, bodyweight)
- HIIT WITH WEIGHTS (7 workouts, with weights)
Once you log in to your membership portal, you will notice a "VIDEO" tab on top of the screen where you can see and browse the workouts.
