Report calisthenics

CALISTHENICS is a division of Report Fitness that includes specialty calisthenics training which is held at Report St Catherine (1972 St Catherine W).

WHAT IS CALISTHENICS? It is a strength and skill oriented form of training that explores how to use your own body weight to maximize power and athletic ability. In these classes we will work on strength, mobility, body control and learn tools to practice such skills as handstand, human flag, muscle up, levers, planche and many more.

With the current government restrictions in place, Report will be offering Calisthenics in an open gym format with the coach present as a "floor supervisor". You can use the gym space and equipment to practice any calisthenics skill you want and do your own workout. A daily workout suggested by the coach will be written on the board.

Please make sure to reserve your time for training, 8 pple will be allowed at the gym at the same time.
